I have 3 Yorkie’s that have several favorite spots to go while I am at work, so the odor was pretty bad in those areas. I used the urine kit as directed and it made a huge difference. I can still smell a slight urine smell in a couple of the areas, but overall it’s much much better. I did have to treat the areas a couple of times like it suggested, but these spots were pretty bad. I will definitely be getting more when I need it.

I have 2 cats in my house and for some dumb reason they like to use my bedroom as a litter box. I used PURE on those spots and it seemed to help, but I wouldn’t say it was completely gone. I have only tried one application, so maybe I’ll try it again and see if it improves. Maybe the more expensive one with that tool to get deeper cleaning would have work This product is as good as others that I have tried, but I was hoping for something miraculous.

My dog Daisy is an older dog and she can’t control her bladder very well any more. So we are always having to clean up spots. I have used Natures Miracle in the past with pretty good success but recently they changed the formula and the perfume scent is so strong now that it makes my house stink for days. So I gave this product a try. It works just as good or better, but there isn’t the over powering perfume scent. I like that it is all natural as well. Great product.

Love, love, love this product! I have a large black lab and when he goes it’s not a small amount. I poured the product on and soaked the carpet, then used my shop vac to suck it up, I did it two times and the smell was gone. It got the urine deep in the carpets because I can’t smell it at all. I think the deep treatment is what makes the difference for me. This is a must have for pet owners!

This kit saved my carpet. I bought the professional urine kit because I have lots of urine issues in my home. I thought if this doesn’t work I’ll just have to buy new carpet. After I treated the urine stains, I then cleaned the carpet with Rezolution and it made my carpets look and smell sooooooo much better, not perfect, but at least now I don’t have to replace my carpets. I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 for the mere fact that I had to treat the stains multiple times. Now I do have a Great Dane dog and when he goes it’s like a waterfall, so maybe that is the reason. The product works very well, I just had to do multiple treatments.

I have tried so many different products to remove pet urine from my carpet, but I had never seen or purchased a kit like this before. I bought the Premium kit and started to use it. I will admit that it took more time to do it this way. Most products you just spray on and blot it out. Maybe that is why I never got great results? But I applied the PURE product as directed, let it sit for about 15 minutes and then used my shop vac and the sub surface tool. It was so satisfying to watch all of the yellow urine coming out of the carpet. Not sure if I would have needed to do this or not, but since I had all my stuff out anyway, I treated the stains twice just to make sure. The second time I saw very little yellow coming out so I assume I got as much as possible. So far the results have been great. Yes it takes a bit more time and work, but I really like the idea of getting all the deep down urine out of my carpet. I’m a believer, get yourself some!

I think the product worked good, but with my busy life I just don’t have time to get out my carpet cleaning machine or shop vac to deep clean the spots. So I just applied the product to the stain and let it sit for a few minutes. Then blotted, well actually I just put a towel on the carpet and stomped on it a couple times to get out all that I could. It actually worked pretty good that way. I’m sure the kit is great, but what I will likely do from now on is just buy the product as I really like it.

We lived in our travel trailer for over a year while we were building our new home. So our dog had to stay there with us too. We had lots of accidents to clean up. We bought one of the kits and used it on both urine and feces stains. It took out the majority of the odor right away. We did have to use it twice on some spots, but the results were great. Also I like how once you buy the kit they offer just the concentrate. That is super convenient and saves us a lot of money in the long run. Will definitely recommend it and buy it again.

This product worked great on our pet stains, so one day I tried putting it in a spray bottle and sprayed it on my son’s soccer cleats to help with the smell (they were so gross). It worked surprisingly well.

So I only bought the Pure concentrate as I could not afford one of kits, and even that is more than I used to paying. I usually pay under $20 for other products, but I really liked to try this because it is all natural and safe for the environment. It works great. Even though it costs more upfront than I’m used to paying, But because concentrate makes 4 gallons of product I know it saves money in long run. I truly recommend it.

I have one spot where my cats go over and over again. I bought one of the kits, but I’ll admit I have only tried using the Pure product on this area. I have not tried using the sub surface tool, but so far I haven’t been overly impressed. Maybe because this area is so bad I need to pull up the carpet and remove the saturated pad?? Maybe my problem is just beyond repair.

I really like using the kit to get the urine that is deep in the pad. I think that is the key to successfully removing the stain and odor. It takes a bit more time, but I’m happy to trade that for the good results we got.
